These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern all
purchases of products from the ARTN online store
(wearartn.com) (the "Site"). By placing an order
through our Site, you agree to be bound by these
Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with
our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund
Policy, and Shipping Policy, all available on
our Site.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do
not place an order.

These Terms apply to all sales made through the
Site. By placing an order, you confirm that:

ARTN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
order at its sole discretion, including but not
limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors,
product unavailability, or violation of these
Terms.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS
3.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe and display our
products as accurately as possible, including
materials, dimensions, and colors. However, due
to variations in screen settings, photography,
and natural materials (such as leather), the
appearance of products may differ slightly from
their on-screen representation.
3.2 Material Variations
Products made from natural materials (leather,
cotton, suede) may show natural variations in
color, texture, and grain. These variations are
not defects but inherent characteristics of
high-quality natural materials.
3.3 Sizing
We provide a sizing guide on each product page.
Customers are responsible for selecting the
correct size. ARTN footwear may have slight
variations between US, UK, and EU size
conversions; we recommend consulting the
provided sizing chart before purchase.
3.4 Availability
All products are subject to availability. ARTN
reserves the right to limit quantities,
discontinue products, or modify product
specifications without prior notice.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at
checkout (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) and include all
applicable taxes for the destination country,
unless otherwise stated.
Prices do NOT include:
→ Customs duties or import taxes (for orders
shipped outside the EU)
→ Currency conversion fees charged by your bank
or card provider
→ Any additional service fees imposed by
third-party platforms
4.2 Price Changes
Prices may be modified at any time without prior
notice. The price applicable to your order is
the price displayed at the time of order
confirmation, unless a manifest pricing error
occurred (see Section 4.4).
4.3 Payment Methods

In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a
manifestly incorrect price displayed due to
technical error), ARTN reserves the right to:

→ Refund any payment made
→ Notify customers of the correct price and
offer them the choice to confirm or cancel
their order
4.5 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure,
PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers (Stripe,
PayPal). ARTN does not store your full payment
card details on its servers.

SECTION 5 - ORDER PROCESS
5.1 Placing an Order
To place an order:
1. Select your products and add them to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Provide accurate shipping and billing
information
4. Choose your payment method
5. Review your order summary
6. Submit your order
5.2 Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, you will receive an
automated confirmation email containing your
order number and a summary of your purchase.
This email confirms receipt of your order, but
the contract of sale is only formed once we
confirm dispatch of your order via a separate
shipping confirmation email.
5.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
You may request modifications or cancellation of
your order within 12 hours of placing it by
emailing us at info@wearartn.com.
After this window, modifications or
cancellations may not be possible if the order
has entered our fulfillment process. In such
cases, you may exercise your right of withdrawal
or return the item according to our Refund
Policy.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Detailed shipping terms are provided in our
Shipping Policy [LINK].
6.1 Risk Transfer
For consumers in the European Union: Risk of
loss or damage transfers to you upon physical
delivery of the products.
For consumers outside the EU and B2B customers:
Risk transfers to you when products are handed
to the carrier.
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
ARTN is not liable for delays caused by carriers,
customs, weather, or events beyond its control.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
7.1 Statutory Right
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and
the French Consumer Code (articles L.221-18 to
L.221-28), consumers residing in the European
Union have the right to withdraw from this
contract within 14 days without giving any
reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the
day on which you (or a third party indicated by
you, other than the carrier) acquire physical
possession of the goods.
7.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must
inform us of your decision by an unambiguous
statement (e.g., by email to info@wearartn.com).
You may use the model withdrawal form provided
in Section 7.5 below, but it is not mandatory.
7.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will
reimburse you all payments received from you,
including the costs of standard delivery (except
for the supplementary costs arising from your
choice of a delivery method other than the least
expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement using the same
means of payment as you used for the initial
transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have
received the goods back or you have provided
evidence of having sent them back, whichever is
earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over
to us, without undue delay and in any event not
later than 14 days from the day on which you
communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the
goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of
the goods resulting from handling other than
what is necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7.4 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
→ Custom-made or personalized products
→ Sealed goods unsuitable for return for
hygiene or health reasons that have been
unsealed after delivery
→ Goods which become inseparably mixed with
other items after delivery
→ Digital content downloaded after explicit
consent

SECTION 8 - LEGAL WARRANTIES (EU)
In addition to the right of withdrawal, EU
consumers benefit from the following statutory
warranties at no extra cost:
8.1 Conformity Warranty
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and the
French Consumer Code (articles L.217-3 to
L.217-17), products must conform to the contract
of sale. You have a 2-year period from delivery
to claim a remedy if the product is not in
conformity (e.g., defective, not as described,
not fit for purpose).
Available remedies include:
→ Repair or replacement of the product (free of
charge)
→ Price reduction or full refund if repair or
replacement is impossible
8.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects
In accordance with the French Civil Code
(articles 1641 to 1649), you may invoke a
warranty against hidden defects (vices cachés)
that make the product unfit for its intended use
or significantly reduce its value.
This warranty is valid for 2 years from the
discovery of the defect.
8.3 Commercial Warranty
ARTN does not provide an additional commercial
warranty beyond the statutory warranties listed
above. The statutory warranties apply
independently of any commercial warranty.
8.4 How to Claim Warranty
To exercise your warranty rights, contact us at

We will respond within 7 business days with
instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund
Policy [LINK]. Key points:
→ 60-day return window from delivery
→ Items must be unworn and in original
condition
→ Customers cover return shipping costs (except
for defective or incorrect items)
→ Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
after receipt and inspection
For EU customers, the statutory 14-day right of
withdrawal (Section 7) and 2-year conformity
warranty (Section 8) apply in addition to our
60-day return policy.

SECTION 10 - LIABILITY
10.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law, ARTN's total liability for any claim
arising from or related to a purchase shall not
exceed the price paid by you for the product(s)
in question.
ARTN shall not be liable for indirect,
consequential, or special damages including but
not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or
business interruption.
10.2 Mandatory Liabilities
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ARTN's
liability for:
→ Death or personal injury caused by negligence
→ Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
→ Defective products under applicable product
liability laws
→ Any liability that cannot be excluded under
applicable law
10.3 Force Majeure
ARTN shall not be liable for any failure or
delay in performance caused by events beyond
its reasonable control, including but not
limited to acts of God, war, terrorism,
pandemics, government actions, strikes, carrier
failures, or natural disasters.

SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products sold by ARTN are protected by
intellectual property laws. The purchase of a
product does not transfer any intellectual
property rights to the buyer.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or
commercially exploit ARTN trademarks, designs,
or product images without prior written consent.

Personal data collected during the order process
is processed in accordance with our Privacy

for orders processed by Mangin EI, and by the

For consumers, the mandatory consumer
protection laws of your country of residence
apply where they offer greater protection.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by
the competent courts of the seller's

protection rules allowing consumers to bring
proceedings in their country of residence.

SECTION 16 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
16.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
16.2 Entire Agreement

Policy, constitute the entire agreement between
you and ARTN regarding your purchase.
16.3 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations
under these Terms without our prior written
consent. ARTN may assign its rights and
obligations without restriction.
16.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these
Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that
provision.
16.5 Modifications
ARTN reserves the right to modify these Terms
at any time. The Terms applicable to your order
are those in effect at the time of order
placement. Material changes will be communicated
through our Site or by email.
