SHIPPING POLICY


🚚  FREE TRACKED SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We're proud to offer free, fully-tracked shipping 
worldwide on every order — no minimum purchase 
required. Every package includes a tracking number 
sent to your email upon dispatch, so you can 
follow your order from our warehouse to your 
doorstep.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 
1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Business days exclude weekends and public 
holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM 
(GMT) or during the weekend will be processed the 
following Monday.

During peak periods (sales, drops, holidays), 
processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. 
We will notify you by email if delays exceed our 
standard processing window.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once shipped, estimated transit times are as 
follows:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times 
may vary based on your location, customs 
processing, carrier capacity, and external factors 
beyond our control.

WHEN DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER

While we work hard to meet our shipping estimates, 
several factors can occasionally extend delivery 
times:

→  Customs and import processing
   International packages may be held by customs 
   authorities for inspection. This is standard 
   procedure and outside our control. Customs 
   delays typically add 2-7 business days to the 
   estimated transit time.

→  Remote or rural delivery addresses
   Deliveries to remote regions, islands, or 
   rural areas may require additional transit 
   time (up to 5 extra business days).

→  Peak periods and seasonal volume
   November through January (Black Friday, 
   holidays) and major sale events can cause 
   global shipping delays of 3-7 additional days.

→  Weather and carrier disruptions
   Severe weather, natural events, strikes, 
   pandemics, or carrier service interruptions 
   may impact delivery schedules.

→  Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
   If the address provided at checkout is 
   incorrect or incomplete, delivery will be 
   delayed. Please review your shipping details 
   carefully before submitting your order.

→  Failed delivery attempts
   If the carrier is unable to deliver your 
   package and you do not collect it within their 
   holding period, the order may be returned to 
   us. Reshipping fees may apply.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a 
shipping confirmation email containing:

→  Your tracking number
→  A direct link to track your package
→  The carrier name handling your delivery
→  Estimated delivery date

If you haven't received tracking information 
within 5 business days of placing your order, 
please check your spam folder or contact us at 
info@wearartn.com.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, 
customers are responsible for any customs duties, 
import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination 
country.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by 
your local customs authority and are not included 
in your order total or our shipping fees. We have 
no control over these charges and cannot predict 
their exact amount.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your 
package being returned to us or destroyed by 
customs. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund 
for the original shipping cost or any return 
shipping fees incurred.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once 
an order has been processed and shipped.

If you need to change your delivery address, 
please contact us within 12 hours of placing your 
order at info@wearartn.com. Address changes 
requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to 
addresses provided incorrectly by the customer at 
checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the 
carrier, ARTN is not liable for stolen or 
missing packages.

We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery 
address or selecting a delivery option that 
requires signature confirmation when available.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the 
package has not arrived:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery location (porches, 
   garages, mailboxes)
3. Wait 24-48 hours, as some carriers mark 
   packages as delivered slightly before actual 
   delivery
4. Contact your local carrier office with your 
   tracking number
5. If still missing, contact us at 
   info@wearartn.com within 7 days of the 
   delivery date

For packages not marked as "Delivered" but 
significantly delayed (more than 14 business days 
beyond estimated delivery), please contact us — 
we will investigate with the carrier and assist 
in resolving the issue.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an 
incorrect item, please contact us at 
info@wearartn.com within 48 hours of delivery 
with:

→  Your order number
→  Photos of the damaged item or packaging
→  A description of the issue

We will send you a replacement at no additional 
cost or issue a full refund, including any return 
shipping if needed.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We currently ship to one address per order. If 
you wish to send items to multiple addresses, 
please place separate orders for each delivery 
location.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We can deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO 
addresses in most regions. However, transit times 
to these addresses may be longer than standard 
delivery estimates. Some carriers may not deliver 
to P.O. Boxes — in such cases, we will contact 
you to provide an alternative address.

We currently ship worldwide. If your country is 
not appearing at checkout, please contact us at 
info@wearartn.com — we may be able to arrange a 
custom shipping solution.

Note: certain countries may be temporarily 
restricted due to local regulations, sanctions, 
or carrier limitations. We will notify you if 
your order cannot be shipped to your location.
