What size should I get?

All our sneakers follow standard Italian sizing. We recommend ordering your usual size. The GAT silhouette has a slightly snug fit, designed to hug the foot without feeling tight.

If you have wide feet or you're between two sizes, we recommend going up half a size for better long-term comfort.

To find your perfect size, check the size chart on each product page, which shows foot length in cm. The measurements are 100% accurate.

Can I place a wholesale order?

Where are your products made?

We work with selected partner workshops across Europe and Asia, chosen for their expertise in premium sneaker craftsmanship. This allows us to offer fair pricing while staying true to our vision: a minimalist silhouette, well executed, without the markup of luxury labels.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We're currently handling a high volume of orders. Here's what to expect:

  • All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll receive a unique tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Delivery then takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery in real time on our TRACKING MY ORDER PAGE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 60 days, for any reason. No questions asked.

  • No return fees from our side
  • The customer covers the return shipping cost
  • Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging

How does a return work?

Simply send us an email at info@wearartn.com or use our contact form. Our team will guide you through the process step by step.

Important: please don't send any return before contacting us first. We need to create an internal ticket to process your refund correctly.

The return address will be shared with you by our team once your case is opened.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we issue the refund the same day. Bank processing then takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

When will I receive my cashback?

In some cases, we offer cashback to skip the return process and make up for any inconvenience. Once approved, the cashback appears on your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.
